As a mom of two elementary-age kids herself, Cynthia understands how hard it is to take care of yourself while keeping the train on the tracks, so whether you need help to start, restart, or jumpstart your fitness routine, she will help you develop a personalized training plan that fits into your busy life.  Once she completes a movement assessment, she will create a workout tailored to your goals and needs.  This package includes three (3) private personal training sessions in the comfort of your home (or outdoors if preferred) - no exercise equipment is required. Cynthia is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has clients aged 13 to 83.
